IYU services

What services does IYU offer private individuals?

IYU enables individuals from the diaspora to send money, fund an account in their country of origin, access international banking services and benefit from financial continuity between two countries. IYU also serves legal entities (companies, associations) wishing to pay service providers abroad.

Yes, companies can also use IYU to make international transfers, in particular for commercial exchanges or to support projects in their country of origin.

Don't panic, you can become an IYU customer even if you don't live in France: we accept all residents of the European Economic Area, i.e. the 27 countries of the European Union plus Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland.

This is the simultaneous holding of a bank account in one's country of residence (e.g. France) and in one's country of origin. IYU encourages this model to facilitate financial exchanges between diasporas.

IYU is a payment institution regulated by theACPR (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution), as part of the money transmission business, guaranteeing an optimum level of security. We work with the main local banking institutions to ensure that the money is received.

IYU offers specific services that are unique on the market for several reasons:

  • There's no upper limit on your bank transfer and credit card transfers: you can send as much as you like!
  • You can make transfers from France to a foreign country as well as from a foreign country to France.
  • We handle transfers for individuals as well as legal entities (companies and associations).

IYU has forged privileged partnerships with various institutions to ensure that the services we offer run as smoothly as possible. The full list of our partners is updated regularly on the "Partners" page of our website.

Yes, IYU allows you to fund a bank account directly in your country of origin through our network of partners.

IYU covers several countries in Africa, America and Asia. The list of available countries is updated regularly on this page. If yours does not appear, please contact us!

Yes, with certain partner banks, it is possible to call up funds from your foreign bank account and withdraw them in cash at an IYU or partner branch in France.
