BMS, for your transactions to and from Mali

Banque Malienne de Solidarité, BMS S.A. is a financial institution created on 1 August 2001 as a limited company under Malian law, with a Board of Directors. It was authorised as a bank on 09 April 2002 and began operations on 16 September 2002. It is headquartered in Bamako, Mali, and currently has share capital of FCFA 68,055,020,000.

Historically, the Banque Malienne de Solidarité was set up as part of the Malian government's strategy to combat poverty, which includes promoting access to credit for disadvantaged groups (women, young people, etc.) and income-generating activities.

Today, BMS S.A. is a modern, universal bank. It plays a key role in the country's financial inclusion and in financing the Malian economy, by facilitating access to financial services for its target customers (individuals, professionals, SMEs, large companies, etc.).

Committed to the economic and social development of Mali, it has positioned itself as a local, supportive and innovative player.

Thanks to an extensive network of branches throughout Mali (44 branches), Côte d'Ivoire (10 branches), France (2 branches) and the USA (1 representative office), BMS S.A. offers a wide range of products and services to its customers: different types of accounts, loans, savings, term deposit investments, magnetic debit and prepaid bank cards (VISA and Mastercard), digital services, payment of biometric passport preparation fees, provision of funds, account-to-account transfers, etc.

BMS S.A. also offers Malians living abroad the opportunity to open a current or savings account, manage their investments or carry out their investment projects in Mali from their country of residence (in particular the purchase of bare land, social, low-cost or luxury housing).

IYU is a partner of the BMS in France, facilitating all these procedures for Malians living in France.
